First, the reason for the mold


The mold cavity or the inner wall of the reinforcing rib is not smooth, and the mold sticking caused by the excessive ejection resistance of the injection molded part;


Second, the reason for the process

The setting of the injection molding process is unreasonable, so that the product sticks to the mold cavity, the sticking place is moving, and the fixed mold is possible;

3. Adjust the cooling time longer, and then slowly reduce the cooling time according to the production situation, and finally fix it;


4. When starting up, when debugging production parts, it is better to adjust about 90% of the injection cavity; secondly, spray some release agent before starting up; especially where the mold is easy to stick;



How to deal with mold sticking in the production of injection molded products:


In the case of mold sticking during production, do not rush to deal with it, observe and analyze it, and proceed with the easy and difficult processing method.


1. When the area of the glued product is large, and the glued product is not misaligned, you can manually close the mold again, (or put a piece of tissue paper, not thick), close the mold tightly, and see if it can be brought out product;


2. Use a soft copper rod to grind, and pry out from the surrounding parting surface in a balanced manner;


3. For deep reinforcing ribs or holes, use a gun or gas to burn the flat strips, insert the iron wire into the sticky mold and cool it out slowly;


4. Disassembling and disassembling the mold cavity and sticking the mold;
