Manufacturing process of plastic products
1. Blow molding
Also known as hollow molding, in manufacturing, the material is heated and processed into a hollow pipe through a mold, and then the remaining material is cut off. Then air is blown into the mold, and the resulting strip of air will inflate like a balloon and cling to the mold wall. After the mold is cooled, the finished product can be obtained.
2, extrusion molding
The plastic is heated and softened and then squeezed into the mold, the plastic fills the inside of the mold, and is removed after cooling. It can be cut into different lengths according to demand. This method has a low cost and a wide range of applications. It is often used to make pipes, rods, cables, etc.
3, plastic casting
The plastic is heated to liquefy, then poured into a mold, where it cools to create a smooth finish.
4, plastic welding
The thermoplastic is softened by heat to complete the connection between the plastics.
5, plastic injection molding
The granular plastic raw materials are heated in the machine, and the melted liquid plastic is injected into the stainless steel mold under high temperature and pressure, and taken out after cooling. This method is suitable for the production of complex, high-precision products, and the cost is relatively high.
The production process of plastic products
1. Ingredients
The first step in the production of plastics is to prepare materials, in addition to polyethylene, polypropylene such polymers, but also need to prepare auxiliary materials, such as plasticizers, coloring agents, stabilizers and lubricants, the addition of these auxiliary materials can not only increase the performance of plastics to a certain extent, but also reduce the cost of making plastics.
2. Forming
This step is to process plastic raw materials into plastic billets through various processing processes. In one step, there are many plastic molding processing processes to choose from, and the selection of processing processes needs to be considered in combination with the characteristics of plastic raw materials, some characteristics of the final plastic product, and the shape and size of the plastic starting.
3, mechanical processing
This step is the auxiliary stage before the final molding, and it also needs to be adjusted to a certain extent during machining.
4. Bonding
It is to join different plastic parts together by welding or bonding. Among them, the welding has friction welding, high-frequency welding, hot melt welding, hot air welding and ultrasonic welding, and the bonding is mainly completed with the help of adhesives.
5. Embellishment
Through some means to increase the beauty of the obtained plastic products, such as grinding, polishing and other operations on the surface of plastic products, or drawing some patterns and patterns on the surface of plastic products.
6. Assembly
This is the last step, which is mainly to combine some of the individual plastic product components obtained together to obtain the plastic assembly.
And we Guangzhou Aote Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. has more than 20 years of plastic products, such as plastic wire clips, plastic gaskets, plastic gaskets, plastic valves manufacturing experience, with professional production equipment and professional design team, can provide you with quality products and services!

Problems that need attention when processing plastic products
1, the speed of injection molding, this should pay special attention to, it affects the quality of plastic products.
2, the molding cycle, this is also an important part of plastic products processing.
3, the temperature of the barrel and the temperature of the molten material.
4. Injection pressure of molten plastic.

Molding and processing characteristics of plastics
1. Moldable performance
The shape of the polymer at temperature and pressure can be called moldable. Using moldable properties, the polymer can fill the mold cavity under temperature and pressure and then be moulded into various parts.
2. Ductility
When a polymer is deformed when stretched or calendered in one or both directions, it is called malleable.
3. Extrusion performance
The ability of a polymer to acquire a shape when extruded and to hold onto that shape is called extrusibility. Engineering plastics are often extruded during the molding process, such as in the drums and molds of extruders and injection molding machines.
Plastics can usually obtain useful deformation by extrusion only in the viscous flow state. The squeezability of plastics depends mainly on the viscosity of the solution. The melt viscosity of most plastics decreases with increasing shear or shear rate. The squeezability of plastics is also related to the structure of the processing equipment. Engineering plastics in the extrusion process melt flow plastic is added with the increase of pressure. By measuring the flow rate, it is possible to determine the pressure and equipment required for molding processing.
4. Stickiness and elasticity
Plastic in the molding process usually from solid to melt, and then from melt to solid, become a product, in the molding process reflects the solid elasticity and melt viscosity, but because the polymer macromolecule long chain structure movement is gradually carried out, so the reflection is not a simple elasticity and viscosity, but two inductive functions, namely viscoelasticity.
