UHMWPE parts processing technology
1. Sintering molding process
Selection of powder resin, molecular weight is not limited; The powder resin is pressed into various shapes of billets (such as rods, plates, wheels, sleeves, etc.), the pressure is 42MPa, the pressure holding time is 30~90 seconds, and the thermal expansion and cold contraction rate of the mold is 1~3%; Then it is sintered at 250~300¡æ, and the sintering time is determined to be 1 hour /10mino according to the thickness of the product
2. Extrusion molding process
UHMWPE resin should be mixed with LDPE, LCP or additives to improve fluidity. The equipment uses plunger type or twin screw extruder in the same direction to avoid the shortcomings of low friction coefficient and easy slipping of materials. Extrusion temperature 180~200¡æ, screw speed 10~ 15R /min; The single screw extruder can also be used for products with simple shapes, but it is necessary to increase the processing auxiliary equipment and increase the motor power.
3. Injection molding process
UHMWPE resin blended with LDPE, LCP or additives should also be selected; The screw and die of the injection molding machine need to be improved. Injection pressure above 12OMPa, screw speed 40~60r/min, cylinder temperature 180~220¡æ, mold temperature 85~110¡æ.

1. Lubricant modification
